Soul Connections: Love, Growth, and the Path to Healing. Love between soul connections can, even at a distance, be an invisible thread that keeps us connected. This connection not only offers room for personal growth. But also for the healing of old wounds and the discovery of a deeper awareness of yourself.

The Deep Connection of Soul Connections

Sometimes you meet someone and know immediately: this is different. It doesn’t matter whether you meet in a café, on a trip, or, as in my case, online through a language app. The place doesn’t really matter. What counts is that an invisible thread seems to form out of nowhere. A connection so intense that your heart immediately recognizes it.

I met him when I was simply trying to practice my Spanish. A simple message, a few sentences about grammar. And before I knew it, we were talking every evening. At first, it was innocent, but soon we noticed that there was more at play. He found my voice beautiful, called me interesting and attractive. We couldn’t stay away from each other. Our conversations became more intense, and our souls seemed to dance together.

What’s special is that we’ve never met in person. Yet, it felt as though I had known him my whole life. As if there was an invisible thread running through time and space, continually bringing us together. These types of connections are often called soul love or spiritual relationships, and they are anything but ordinary.

The Bubble of Love and the Pain of Distance

The Bubble of Love and the Pain of Distance. When you step into such a connection, it feels like the world stands still for a moment. Everything clicks, and everything flows effortlessly. A bubble of love forms where all you feel is each other. I remember walking around for days with a smile I couldn’t hide. My heart radiated, and my soul sang. It was as though the universe itself whispered: you belong together. But it was also complicated because I was in a relationship, and he was married. But still, the feeling was there…

With such a deep connection also comes the shadow side. Because it is so intense, it can also be confronting. He withdrew. There were silences. Words came that touched me and hurt me to the core of my being. And suddenly, I was sitting there, with an empty screen and a heart full of questions. What does he really feel? Does he miss me too, or is he pushing everything away? Does he have the same confusing feeling?

These moments are perhaps the most difficult part of soul love. It feels like you’ve lost half of yourself. You think: if I just get a message from him, I’ll know it was real. And yet, it is precisely in those silences that the greatest lessons are hidden. The path may sometimes twist, there may be pauses, but the love will always remain in your heart.

Chaser Energy and the Power of Letting Go

I spent quite a long time in what people call the chaser phase. Constantly feeling the urge to reach out, send messages, make contact. Because you’re so afraid that the other person will forget you, that they won’t feel the connection anymore. But time and time again, I would hit that wall of silence. And one day, I knew: this is costing me too much. This is not the purpose of love.

Slowly, I started practicing letting go. Not forgetting, because that’s impossible. But reclaiming my energy for myself. I wrote exercises for myself, meditated, and spoke with my guides. I asked for help in carrying my sadness. And more and more, I felt that strength return to my own heart. The love I had been looking for outside of myself turned out to be inside me.

The beautiful thing is: once you begin to choose yourself, the energy changes. You shine again. You feel (again) connected to the universe, to God, to Source. And on a deep level, you know: what truly belongs to you can never leave you. The path may be winding, there may be pauses, but the love itself will never disappear.

Online, But No Less Real

Sometimes I wonder if people would understand how real this is. If they knew that we only met online? Often, we expect love to arise only through physical proximity. But my experience teaches the opposite. Because of the distance, words, energy, and silence became so much more important. A bond emerged beyond the tangible. A spiritual connection that cannot be explained, but is felt in everything.

Maybe you recognize this too. Maybe you’ve met someone where you felt: this goes deeper than logic. Whether you see them daily or only through a screen. That feeling of recognition, that deep coming home, cannot be denied.

What Helps in This Connection?

What I’ve learned over the months is that the key always comes back to yourself. When you feel stuck in longing, in waiting, or in obsessive thoughts, try to remember this: The love you feel is not for nothing. It is a mirror, a signpost to your own heart.

Sadness is part of it, but you don’t have to drown in it. Ask for support from your guides, from God, from the universe. You are not alone. Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting. It means making space so the energy can flow again. And above all: keep believing in the power of that invisible thread. Even if you don’t get a message, even if the silence lasts longer than you’d like. Love is energy, and energy can’t be blocked by walls or masks.

The Hope That Remains

I regularly pull cards and receive messages. Again and again, words like love, connection, pause, and hope come up. Sometimes it feels like the universe wants to remind me that there’s more going on than what my eyes can see. That silence doesn’t always mean rejection, but sometimes just a phase of growth.

And honestly, deep down, I feel that too. I believe that hearts that are truly connected will find each other again. At the right time, and in the right form. Maybe the shape of our connection changes, maybe not. But the love itself, that’s always there.

💌 This is my story, but maybe you recognize yourself in it. Maybe you’re also in a connection where love and pain go hand in hand. Where you sometimes drown in longing, but still hear that soft voice within that says: this isn’t just anything. Know that you’re not alone. So many of us are on this journey. And step by step, by finding ourselves again, we clear the way for love. In whatever form it may return to us.
